THE ZEBALLOS GOLD PROJECT
(with North American Gold & Silver Mining Ltd.)

A25, Esperanza & Lucky Strike Gold

The +2,000 hectare Zeballos Gold Project; comprised of the A25, Esperanza and Lucky Strike mineral claims, is located on Vancouver Island 15 km northwest of the Village of Zeballos, in British Columbia, Canada.

About A25

At the A25 occurrence, a sequence of alternating andesitic pyroclastics and limy argillites of the lower Bonanza Group trends 158 degrees and dips 45 degrees southwest. Extensive dacitic to rhyolitic dikes are present. Diorite is present nearby. Intruded rocks are extensively amphibolite and skarn altered. The pyroxene skarn zones contain primarily disseminated to massive pyrrhotite and magnetite mineralization with associated and sporadic pyrite, chalcopyrite, tellurobismuthite and native gold. The gold-bearing magnetite skarn is approximately 110 metres thick.

Records state that of the 32 diamond drill holes completed to date on the A25; 16 intersected gold mineralization +1 gram per tonne.

Of those 16 diamond drill holes; 7 holes returned core samples assays from a range of 15.5 grams to 310 grams per tonne gold over 2 meters.

"Five of the seven better intersections lie in a plane which correlates well with the gold soil anomalies. The gold soil anomalies extend off the A25 magnetic anomaly."

"With the mineralized zones, existing exploration data, good road access, and good exploration potential, the author believes the A25 Gold Project is a worthy mineral exploration target."

Exploration Highlights; Historical

Falconbridge Limited previously worked the A25 occurrence until the late 1980’s, conducting exploration, mapping, diamond drilling, and magneto-meter surveys in search of iron deposits and gold quartz veins. Falconbridge terminated their exploration program in 1989; a time when gold prices were low.

In 1984, a band consisting of 9 separate gold/magnetite-rich occurrences was found. The occurrences extend from the A25 Prospect southeast for about 8 kilometers to the Zeballos area. Falconbridge Limited took 124 chip samples that showed gold results at a number of locations. 22 diamond drill holes were completed totaling 1,531.58 meters (5,023.58 ft). Historical values in excess of 15.5 grams per tonne gold were found in several holes.

In 1985, the property was trenched & mapped. 10 fill-in diamond drill holes were completed totaling 957 meters (3,138.96 ft). The best intersection was from hole H85-24, which returned assays of 310 grams per tonne gold over 2m.

In 1986, Falconbridge completed an airborne geophysical survey.

In 1988, Footwall Explorations Ltd. reported completion of an underground development program including 106 metres of drifting, 9.45 metres of subdrifting and 31 metres of raising from an adit located 130 metres to the southeast at an elevation of approximately 480 metres. 900 metres of drilling was also completed on the Hiller-Churchill property.  Sludge samples of drill cuttings from a raise are reported to have averaged 563.6 grams per tonne gold over 2.4 metres (Assessment Report 32531).

In 1989, underground drilling is reported to have yielded up to 21.9 grams per tonne gold over 0.9 metre.

Exploration Highlights; Modern

During 2009 through 2013, A25 Gold Producers Corp. completed programs of rock, silt and soil sampling; prospecting and geological mapping on the area.

In 2016, Worldwide Graphite Producers Ltd. prospected and rock sampled the area. Two grab samples at the adit portal assayed 349 and 244 grams per tonne gold with 60.9 and 30 grams per tonne silver.

About Esperanza and Lucky Strike

Esperanza

At the Esperanza (Amar) occurrence, pyritic beds are hosted by siltstone intercalated with calcareous beds that locally swell into actinolitic zones. The hostrock is believed to represent the Parson Bay–Quatsino transition zone. The pyritic zone contains pyrrhotite, magnetite, lesser arsenopyrite and minor chalcopyrite. The mineralized zone has been traced along strike over a length of 170 metres and a width of 30 metres.

In 1980, chip samples from trenches yielded up to 20.73 grams per tonne gold over 1.0 metre (sample b8) from trench 3, whereas the no.1 trench averaged 4.9 grams per tonne gold over 4.2 metres (Assessment Report 8612).

In 1984, a rock sample reportedly assayed 2.8 grams per tonne gold.

In 2013, a sample reportedly assayed 2.3 grams per tonne gold over 2.0 metres.

Lucky Strike

The Lucky Strike occurrence consists of two shear veins hosted by Late Jurassic granodiorite near the contact with Quatsino lime- stone:

1) The Vancouver Girl shear, also referred to as Lucky Strike shear, strikes 030 degrees and dips 80 degrees south. The average width is 25 centimetres. The zone consists of locally silicified sheared diorite. Minerals include pyrite, chalcopyrite and free gold. Three samples over 20 centimetres each reportedly averaged 7.8 grams per tonne gold.

2) The Free Gold or Lucky Strike Vein is located 400 metres north of the Vancouver Girl and has been explored over 300 metres of its 043 degree strike. The vein is vertical and follows in places the wall of a mafic dyke. Width ranges from 4 to 15 centimetres. Vein material consists of locally oxidized quartz-pyrite-free gold. Assays between 2.7 and 113.8 grams per tonne gold are reported.
